Are you feeling out of sorts, unable to accomplish things, and wanting to run away from everything? Well, you're not alone.
People everywhere have these feelings at one time or another, for too many reasons to even contemplate here.
But there are a few things you can do to move forward to dash those demons that plague you: 1.
Once a day, sit and be still - quiet your thoughts, relax your body, and calm your soul.
Close your eyes and put your responsibilities on hold as you focus all your energy on nourishing your inner spirit.
Listen to soothing music and meditate in the peace of your quiet.
Clear a path so everything good can come to you.

Choose your battles wisely.
Let go of the small frustrations you face on a daily basis as often as possible.
No matter what comes to you, you will have to make a decision to deal with it (doing nothing is a decision too) - it doesn't matter whether you cry, scream, or pout - what is, IS.
Settle yourself, take a time-out and quiet your rage and then wash your face, comb your hair, get up and get moving.
Smile and laugh - get back some of your good energy and relax.

Become your number one priority in life! Let others solve their own problems, handle their own dilemmas.
You have your own responsibilities to deal with and when trying to solve others' problems your priorities get all out of whack.
You will still have friends if you have to tell them "no" now and then.
Your family will still love you if you say "no" sometimes to their many demands.

Having your own boundaries liberates you.
It allows you to do things at your own pace without outside interference.
You owe it to yourself to be exclusive to yourself, don't let anyone deprive you of that.

Buy a journal and start putting your thoughts on paper.
By committing to the written word all of your notions, annoying reminders as well as those important goals cluttering up your mind, you will begin to see progress.
Chores will get done, notions will be remembered and contemplated when you have time to get to them.
Long-term goals will be right where you can find them and your short-term goals, once reached, will help you reach your long-term goals.
Just practicing this one small step will eliminate an enormous amount of stress.

"Everything has a season" is tantamount to cause and effect, and karma.
What goes around comes around and you reap what you sow are not only worn out cliches, they are, in fact, the way our lives work.
Take care of your debts, let go of destructive habits, and give respect where it's due.
Put your boundaries in place and take care of yourself, first.

Look for the positive in all situations, if you really can't find a positive then deal with the situation and be done with it.
Begin each new day with the bright prospect that it will be a good one, smile as you put on your day-face and go out and meet the world like a winner.
Celebrate every small victory.
Your rewards encourage you to push on toward the serenity you need in your life.
Using one or more of these small steps will help you to have the peace and serenity you want to achieve.
The more time you are able to devote to quiet meditation, reading, and discussing your dreams, the closer you will come to enjoying your serenity.
